Here We Need To Make Sure You're PC Is Compatible & Has Everything It Needs.

Download Direct X SDK 2010 Here

If You Get Any Errors From The SDK2010 Head To Search Bar. Type " ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS & FEATURES"

Remove Both The "VISUAL C ++ 2010" Packages, then redownload it, and go to next step.
